What has been released?

We're excited to announce a complete revamp of Trade Analysis — now with improved analytics and a brand-new lot management system!

Trade Analysis Revamped

• Previously, Trade Analysis only showed individual buy/sell transactions for each asset — there was no way to track how each purchase lot was performing on its own.

• Now, you can see the performance of every lot you've bought: whether each lot is still open, partially open, or fully closed.

• When you sell, the sale is automatically mapped back to your lots based on your preferred cost basis method — FIFO, LIFO, or Average — and you can switch between methods anytime.

Detailed Lot Breakdown

Each lot now shows a detailed breakdown including:

• Cost Basis — your total investment in that lot
• Total Gain — how much you've gained or lost
• Total Return — your percentage return
• Holding Days — how long you've held the lot

Click on any lot row to expand it and see the full breakdown — individual transactions (buys, dividends, commissions), and a gains/returns summary including unrealized gain, realized gain, and annualized return vs. benchmark.

Flexible Cost Basis Methods

Click on "Method" in the top-right corner to choose your preferred calculation method:

• FIFO (First In, First Out) — sells your earliest purchased shares first (default)
• LIFO (Last In, First Out) — sells your most recently purchased shares first
• Average — uses the weighted average price of all purchases

Each option includes a visual example showing how it works. Select your preferred method and click Save — your lot performance data will recalculate accordingly.

Smart Filters

Filter your lots by status (All, Long, Short), performance (All, Winners, Losers), or search by ticker to quickly find what you're looking for.

Why This Matters

Know exactly how every lot is performing. Before, you only saw a list of transactions with no connection between them. Now, every purchase lot is tracked individually so you can see your cost basis, whether the lot is still open or closed, and your real return on each position. It's the clarity active traders need to make smarter decisions.
